Who Should NOT Serve on Riverstone?

Like all melamine, Riverstone has a few areas where porcelain naturally performs better. In these cases, we recommend using either a mix of porcelain and melamine or porcelain only.

• Plated entrées requiring a steak knife• Plated entrées requiring oven or

salamander finishing• As always, melamine should not be

microwaved
