General Information for Mail-In RegistrationPlease Read Carefully

Participation in most of the Riverbank State Park programs and activities requires a registration fee. Registration feare not refundable, and the registration card is nontransferable. Please note that some program activities may requian additional fee or daily admission charge. An RBSP ID Card is required for all persons registered activities/courses. A RBSP Photo I.D. card can be obtained during Special Registration hours for a fee.

1. Under no circumstance will anyone be allowed to participate in programmed activities without first registering apaying the appropriate activity fee.

2. All registration will be conducted through the Mail-In/Drop Off process. Parental signature is required for childrenor youth under the age of 17.

3. A RBSP Membership I.D. card is required for all persons 2 years of age and older.

4. Applications are accepted and processed based on its date of receipt. Some classes/programs may have limitedenrollment. Due to timing, those who mail in this registration application early will have a greater possibility ofbeing enrolled in their preferred activities.

5. Refunds for classes or activity fees will not be made unless a class or activity is canceled by theAdministration. Household credit can only be honored within the same season/registration and programactivity of that same year. Fees and schedules are subject to change.

6. Senior Citizens and the Physically Challenged can participate in most of the free programs, activities, and classeThey may receive daily discounts or free admission. A RBSP ID Card is required for all persons registeredactivities/courses. PROOF OF AGE OR DISABILITY IS REQUIRED AT REGISTRATION, OR WITH YOUMAIL-IN APPLICATION FOR ALL SENIOR/PHYSICALLY CHALLENGED CLASSES. FIRST TIME MEMBERONLY.

7. Payment for classes or activities should be made at the Registration Booth in the form of 1) money order orcertified check payable to N.Y.S.O.P.R.H.P. - Riverbank. Or 2) credit card (Visa, Master Card, American Expreor Novus/Discover) minimum of $12 for credit card charges.No Personal Checks. Do not send payment WITH APPLICATION!PARTIAL PAYMENTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.ANY REGISTRATIONS THAT ARE NOT PAID IN FULL WILL BE CANCELLED.

8. All programs, activities and classes for special populations have been audited and determined to be accessible t

the Physically Challenged.

9. Riverbank State Park has no public parking facilities.

10. Riverbank State Park reserves the right to dismiss any participant due to unacceptable behavior.

11. Riverbank State Park reserves the right to make last minute schedule and program changes and to closefacilities/cancel classes in time of emergency or for safety reasons. Activity fees/memberships will not be pro-rated. Therefore, compensation or reimbursement requests will not be honored.

TEEN/ADULT PERFORMING ARTS-DANCE COLLECTIVE( Modern, Hip-Hop, and African Dance)

Join the Riverbank Dance Collective for A FREE Contemporary Dance workshop for Adults andTeens. This workshop blends modern dance and jazz techniques with urban styling.

No prior dance experience required, just a desire to get down and move! Thursdays 7:30-9:00pm, April 4ththrough June 6th. All students will have the opportunity to

perform in the student showcase at the end of the session.
