– Pengecekan ulang oleh suster, kemudian menggantinya dengan obat yang lain. (mengurangi likelihood).

– Memberikan antihestamin. (mengurangi impact).

2. Risiko 10: Risiko ruang tunggu terlalu penuh:• Menyediakan kursi lipat di ruang tunggu. (mengurangi likelihood).

3. Risiko 30: Risiko permasalahan dalam operasional ambulance:• Berkoordinasi dengan rumah sakit terdekat dari tempat kejadian.

(mengurangi impact).
