1. GENERAL INFORMATION

4 Solos of 15 minutes each with a quick change (4 min) between solos 1, 2 and 3 and a short intermission (TBC) for scene change (10-15 min) between solos 3 and 4.

The following technical specification constitutes a contractual requirement. Failure to negotiate any change to the following, except by mutual consent between the Presenter, the venue and Aakash Odedra Company at least four weeks prior to the show date, will constitute a breach of contract leaving the promoter liable to pay all negotiated fees and expenses to Aakash Odedra Company, who will be entitled to cancel any performance.

3. STAGING

Stage temperature for all rehearsals and performances to be kept at a constant 22º C (72ºF)

ice packs and first aid kit available at all times

WE REQUIRE

MINIMUM STAGE AREA: 9mW x 9mD- 2 Hazers (not smoke machine) MDG or Unique (DMX controlled) - Black Dance floor taped with Black PVC tape.- Sprung wooden floor suitable for dance. - MASKING: minimal 3 pairs of matching legs.- Full black at the back.

4. LIGHT

WE REQUIRE

Please provide the technical manager with a up to date DWG plan of your venue, so that an adapted plan may be made and send to you prior to our arrivalStandard lighting plan attached to the end of this document.

• 14 x Profile 26 degree 1 Kw (source4 preferred)• 1 x Profile 25/50 zoom 1 Kw• 5 x Profile 2 KW FOH• 12 x PC 1Kw (with barndoors)• 5 x Fresnel 1Kw (with barndoors)• 15 x PAR64 CP60• enough cabling to connect all the equipment according to the lighting plan• Color gels.

If this equipment is not available please advise the technical manager so that replacements can be agreed.

Lighting bars to be at a height of 8 meters.

WE BRINGWe tour our own light desk (EOS on laptop 256 channels - ONE DMX PORT) to be placed on stage for focusing and in the auditorium for the show, next to the sound. (Sound and light controlled by one technician)House lights should be controlled from the company light desk.

5. SOUND

The sound mixing position should be located in the audience area in order for the sound engineer to see and hear the performance correctly.Our sound engineer will mix the sound.

It is absolutely not acceptable for the mixing position to be in a booth.

Please reserve a place in the audience area for our mixing position of minimal 2M wide and 0.9 M deep.

A full list of the equipment provided by the venue must be sent to us.This list must be agreed with our sound engineer.

WE REQUIRE

PA system:- Preferred, Stereo Line Array system able to deliver 105 db a

weighted SPL clean full range (subwoofers included) undistorted sound everywhere in the audience area

- A sound technician who knows the system must be available.Monitors:

- 4 active monitors on stands (160cm)- each monitor should be amplified individually.

Sound desk:- minimum of 8 inputs 8 inputs faders on one layer, 4 Mix outputs.

Control and outboards:- In case of analog desks; 32 band EQ on ALL outputs (including

front fills, delay’s and monitors)Intercom:

- Four (3) intercom units. To be placed at the Sound/light console, and Upstage left and right.

WE BRING

- One (1) Laptop with one (1) MOTU Ultra-lite sound card. - One (1) Looms Jack-Jack (Male) for the Ultra-lite.

6. WARDROBE & COSTUMES

WE REQUIRE Our costumes require hand washing and machine drying (COLD).On arrival and after every show.Please provide a wardrobe person who will take care of the costumes and help with costume maintenance. We also need a Iron and Board.

7. MISCELLANEOUS

WE REQUIRE - Potable water should be available to the full crew at all times during the

time the company stays in the theatre.- Minimum of 1 spacious dressing room.- good quality iron and ironing board- Ice-packs/first aid kit, for emergency use to be close to the stage.- Hot showers available at all times, with clean towels.(2 big, 2 small)- One lockable production office with the use of a telephone and internet- Costumes should be ready 3 hours before the show.- Coffee, tea, fruit and snacks backstage are appreciated

8. STUDIO

WE REQUIRE From the arrival of Aakash Odedra until the beginning of the last show we require a studio (minimal 5x5 meter) with a sprung floor suitable for dance and a adequate sound system with a mini-jack connector for iPhone.STUDIO TO BE CONFIRMED WITH AAKASH- studio to be heated to a constant 22º C (72ºF)

9. SCHEDULEIMPORTANT: Rising needs a minimum of 1 set up day prior to the 1st show day. During the whole stay (from get in to get out) the stage is at the sole use of Aakash Odedra Company. Please contact the technical manager to discuss any change to this proposal schedule.
