 Scope:  RISE  

-­‐  Promote  interna4onal  and  inter-­‐sector  collabora4on  through  research  and  innova4on  staff  exchanges  -­‐  Sharing  of  knowledge  and  ideas  for  the  advancement  of  science  and  the  development  of  innova4on.  -­‐  Support  is  provided  for  the  development  of  partnerships  (e.g.  joint  research  and  innova4on  ac4vi4es)  -­‐  Bo%om-­‐up  approach:  set  of  clear  research  and  innova7on  objec7ves  and  deliverables.

Project  Main  Aspects  

-­‐  Project  built  on  joint  research  and  innova4on  ac4vi4es  

-­‐  Project  implemented  through  the  secondment  of  staff  (no  recruitments)  

-­‐  Each  staff  member  seconded  for  a  period  of  1  to  12  months  

-­‐  The  maximum  size  for  a  project  is  540  person  months  

-­‐  No  minimum  size  explicitly  defined  for  the  project,  but  substan4al  impact  is  expected
