Delle Venezie, ItalyThe region has 3 Indicazione Geografica Tipica (IGT) designations Alto Livenza,
delle Venezie and Venezia Giulia. Nearly 62% of the wine produced in the region
falls under a DOC designation. The area is known predominantly for its white wine which are considered some of the best examples of Italian wine in that style.Tasting NoteThis Pinot Grigio possesses honeyed,
lemony, ripe apple and assorted tropical fruit aromas and flavors, medium bodied, beautifully concentrated, with a creamy
complexity that caress the palate with no hard edges. This superbly pure wine is
delicious by itself but a perfect compliment to an assortment of culinary
dishes.
2009 Pinot Grigio, Monte Forte Lot 6
2009 Vintage NoteThe climate during the growing season was characterized by abnormal sudden
changes in temperature. High temperatures and occasional rainstorms in July and August were interspersed with short periods of dryness, which provided a positive maturation period for the grapes. Harvest began at the end of August and
continued through to the beginning of September. High daytime temperatures
leading up to harvest contributed to good sugar accumulation in the grapes, while a
steep drop in temperature during the nights promoted the development of
aromatic substances.

prestigious winemaking areas in the Veneto and is located northwest of the elegant Roman town of Verona (in the
western corner of the Veneto). Made up of a myriad of lush, verdant valleys that
spread like fingers on an open palm as they stretch out of the Lessini Mountains,
Valpolicella is an intensely beautiful region, whose name comes from "val polis
cellae" and means "valley of many cellars", and is characterized by the
steep, vine-laced ridges that run alongside its gurgling mountain streams. Tasting NoteOur Amarone offers up aromas of freshly crushed currant with a slight raisin edge.
Full bodied silky textured with loads of concentrated black fruit and spice on its
long super clean and delicious finish.

2005 Vintage NoteThe quality of the grapes was good to
excellent, with thick skins that made them ideally suited to the drying that is at the heart of the vinification process. Given
