I. Enter the Turquoise Cave of Initiation

The appointed time swiftly approaches. The time space cube diminishes, much to everybody’s discomfort. Nonetheless, the God-particle V24.3 unerringly follows its orbit around its solar nucleus, V.24. Five more orbits, five more solar rings densely loaded with information until the initiating point is reached: Rhythmic 9 Solstice, 20�2, when the God-particle’s North Pole is farthest from the solar atomic core, and the predestined moment will finally arrive. Equalized and released over these five years will be all of the information downloads of over 223 solar sunspot cycles, countless analphs of the lost planets—all the way back to the interval of lost time in Eternity—infinite cycles of cosmic order and disorder. Five years to go, the most tumultuous in all of history.

Now it seems there is hardly time enough to get ready. As the cyber-machine frequency continues to accelerate, the human processing becomes evermore complicated. Delays, ineptitude, emotionally charged misunderstandings seem the commonplace. Don’t lose your patience now! Spiritual exercises become ever more important. Empty the mind. Then empty it again. Purify your body. Return to your original innocence. Don’t give in to separatist thinking no matter how difficult it may seem that others are making it for you! We are all the same human. It’s just the veiled awareness that seems to keep us apart. It is all just a test! Keep your sense of humor!

Leave now the cave of jade where the immortality of the soul has been perceived and polished. If you have taken care over the past year and not overly succumbed to the demands of your lower self, then, congratulations! With crystal and jade you are making the grade as a galactic time traveler. But before you cash in those jade time traveling soul coupons you’ve got five more caves to go! Take a deep breath. We have yet to reach the peak intensity.

As a reminder, this year when we enter the third cave, we complete the first sequence of caves, The Three Chöd practices of Cosmic Dharma, or cutting off ceremony. Here we are cutting off the most fundamental attachments—consciousness, life and ego. When we have completed these three chöd (cutting off) practices, we have attained something marvelous indeed. But it is up to you in your own self-honesty, truthfulness and integrity to know how well you are performing this rite of passage in preparation for receiving your True Self, your primordial essence of being. You cannot fake this process of reaching your essence. You must examine yourself daily, asking yourself: Can I give up attachment to this precious body and secure my evolving consciousness? Can I give up attachment to this precious life and secure immortality of my soul? Can I give up attachment to my ego and secure the purity of my enlightened mind presence, my essence? Every day the snares are there, the opportunities to evolve your soul-experience.

The following two years we receive the two empowerments, and then the two years after, the two special siddhis (magical powers).

Clear your mind again. You are in the cave of turquoise. You have received the empowerments of the third eye and kuxan suum. You are now empowering the throat center.

speak only words of truth, words of power. May you sing, and chant the songs of the new creation. May you be blessed with powers of pure expression. By the power of turquoise, be you realized as the knower and the singer of the dawn for the awakenment of all beings!

Because your soul has attained immortality, you can now practice and realize the enlightened mind nature of the dawn that is unceasing and become a transmitter of the dawn—a turquoise singer.

This is the third empowerment of the seven caves of Tollan Zuvuya, the seven caves of the Chaway U Kokan. Slowly, solstice after solstice, we trace the star map of the seven caves in your seven psychic power centers. The seven powers of the original creation are being restored in you, but only as you disempower your lower self and regain the full confidence of your higher self. Do not become spiritually lazy. Do not think that you can get away with anything. Absolutely everything you think and do is being recorded. Become spiritually photogenic at all times. Your passport photo to the second creation will be taken at a moment when you may not be expecting it. This is serious business. You can’t hide or avoid responsibility now.

This is the time of the resurrection. Everything you do is a testing.

Whatever choice you make, be responsible for it. It is already known that the 12:60 timing frequency will soon implode upon itself, and the universal 13:20 frequency will remain. All the Watchers of the World Order are on alert for this moment. Be sincere in your following the �3-moon synchronometer. Be sincere in your following the codes of the synchronic order, no matter how much or how little of them you may know. It is your sincerity, truthfulness, humility and innocence that count. Do not worry or be anxious about anything. Evolve your mind.

Exert to become a singer of the dawn. Be there in the first dawn light. See the morning star when it rises. Note the phases of the moon. Know where the Pleaides are to be found; locate the constellation Orion, and then, the great star Sirius. If you are in the North, find the Big Dipper and Arcturus; if in the South, Canopus and the Southern Cross. Contemplate your relation to the ten billion galaxies each with their ten billion stars. Be grateful that you even have the consciousness to consider this. Offer prayers of gratitude to the Source from whom all things come. Be grateful and maintain awareness and continuing consciousness throughout the day. The supermental descent is now occurring. Be a ready vessel for it, with no thought of self in mind. Only clear channels receive the message.

II. In the midst of a planetary crisis, catalyze the evolutionary cycle of the Planetary Human in cosmic harmony

In the Mystery of the Stone sequence, this is the catalytic year of the initiation, the fourth ring of Middle Time. In the formulation 4:7::7:13, four is the defining middle term between the first three units of the sensory quantum and the second three of the telepathic quantum. It is “fa,” the middle tone in the

musical scale. In the cosmic harmonic system of Gurdjieff, fa corresponds to the planetary order itself. Accordingly: do = primal (relative) absolute, re = moon, mi = Earth/planet, fa = planetary system, sol = sun/star, la = galaxy, ti = universe, do’ = supreme absolute = do of the next octave.

In this way, comprehend the harmony of the universe and the music of the spheres. The cosmic totality is contained within one octave of harmonic resonance. The goal of evolving consciousness is to resonate simply and purely as a single cosmic octave which vibrates to the frequencies of all the different dimensions. One must simplify and purify to a very high degree to attain this supreme level. But that is why the spiritual journey exists. Anyone can travel this path of cosmic spirituality—provided you don’t mind losing your ego, and are willing to fearlessly examine your mind and purify your body of all noxious habits.

Despite the appearances and perturbations on the surface level of our planetary reality, the entire universe is in synch with the great Plan and constitutes a single evolving order of ever-greater resolutions of harmony. Our cosmic responsibility is to realize the truth. 2012—five years to go—means nothing less than the opportunity to entrain oneself in the octave of universal harmony.

In this catalytic passage though middle time we have now passed the point of no return. The �2:60 crew of timeship Earth is in a dissonant muddle concerning in which direction to steer the vessel. They are scarcely aware that in a few years time they are going to have to hand over the controls to a new crew, the navigators of Timeship Earth 2013. The fact is, the 12:60 crew now knows that 2012 is more than just the deadline of the Kyoto protocol on global warming.

On December 11, a major news story appeared, confirming the Arctic ice cap was melting far faster than had been previously anticipated. Whereas it had been thought that the polar cap would be gone by 2040, reports from this past Arctic summer indicate that at the present rate of melting, by the end of the summer of 2012 there will be no more Arctic polar ice cap! The amount of ice floating in the Arctic Ocean this year is 23% less than last summer. The seas will be rising much more quickly. There is also great concern that within this time-frame the Greenland ice shelf will also drop into the ocean (20�0 was the date I heard from a Greenland Eskimo shaman in 2002). Scientists studying this phenomenon are convinced beyond any doubt that the continued burning of fossil fuels is greatly contributing to this now out of control situation.

There are many unforeseen erratic side effects to this melt down that will greatly influence the main engines of global industrial civilization located on both sides of the North Atlantic Ocean, including the triggering of a mini ice-age due to the Gulf Stream slowing down or even coming to a halt. The industrial world most likely does not have the collective will to turn off its motors and make the kind of reduction of greenhouse gases necessary to make an impact on what is now occurring so rapidly. Even if it did, it would appear the damage has already been done. The death-knell of the industrial age

has been sounded! By the end of 20�2, not all the king’s horses nor all the king’s men will be able to put Humpty Dumpty together again. A better system, a better way is now being prepared by the Angels in charge of the resurrection. The galactic Federation is readying its hosts!

In the meantime, consider this: The attention of the global warming is naturally focused on Earth’s polar regions, its terrestrial thermostats. But these two zones—Arctic and Antarctic—are equally critical to the balance of Earth’s electromagnetic field. What actually does the Arctic heating portend? Will there also be a magnetic pole shift in 20�2 as well? Do we really understand what happens during a magnetic pole shift? When the insulation (ice cap) comes off, exposing the plasmically sensitive magnetic pole, coupled with an increasing intensity of solar flares disturbing the Earth’s magnetic field, the potential for a pole shift is greatly augmented. A pole shift is a reversal of the magnetic charge maintaining Earth’s electromagnetic field in balance.

And what happens if this coincides with a reversal of the corresponding solar sunspot cycle? Now hear this:

Earth is emerging into a new evolutionary cycle and must begin anew. Are we going to evolve with her, or shall she shake us loose, shed us like a skin that has outworn itself? A magnetic pole reversal is just a quick way for the Earth to purify herself of any noxious surface tension and begin again.

The purpose of the FLT-GRI’s Noosphere II experiment, with the Rinri Project Circumpolar Rainbow Bridge at the heart of it, is to stabilize the polar magnetic fields and offset the worst effects of a pole shift. At the peak moment, when the sun sends a great plasmic cloud to Earth, the telepathic effort must be made by a totally focused collective mind to harness this plasma cloud and, in conjunction with the auroral discharges, to manifest the circumpolar rainbow bridge! The timing must be precise! This is at the denouement of the Rainbow Earth Emergency Program.

The Rainbow Earth Emergency Program calls for the immediate placement of the CREST13 project, to provide a genuine alternative community and mind set that is not operating on fossil fuels, that is self-sustaining, and that is engaged in experimental geopsychic research intended to stabilize Earth’s electromagnetic field. A major investment is needed now to establish all thirteen centers by 2010.

Once established, the communities will become models of alternative energy use, and, through the

marketing of organic produce and food products, arts and crafts, and offerings of educational seminars, they will be economically self-sustaining, as well. But most importantly, and the very reason for the existence of these CREST13 centers is to establish as a planetary reality a telepathic network based on a new type of science that demonstrates the capacity of the human mind to interact with the Earth’s electromagnetic field. This is what is going to save the planet.

By exhibiting a thoroughly new paradigm of human creativity—one that is in support of and supported by nature rather than destructive of it, as is the present state of human technology—the CREST13 project is by far the greatest investment that could be made on behalf of our future. CREST13 is the new ark. Don’t stand there looking on in disbelief. We are virtually out of time, and need to act now to at least have the alternative plan up and running so that the world can see what it is and then decide what it will do. But the seas are now rising, and the weather ahead looks quite stormy. We must move quickly.

Move Forward as One Being Filled with Positive Vibrations

Earth itself has already begun to move into her next higher frequency. As the human time space cube diminishes, the effect is offset by an alteration in the Earth’s frequency. This in itself is an adaptation to shifting cosmic frequencies. We are not alone. The sum effect is to create an even greater dissonance in the 12:60 mental field. A type of collective insanity grips the human race. Lost planet analphs abound as random violence increases. Earth is bombarded with cosmic showers. This means we are all receiving the same information simultaneously. However, veiled awarenesses prevent us all from seeing that this unifies and makes us one human being. Instead, everyone is free to choose their own path. The anarchy of individual wills prevails. This is the dissonance that precedes the harmonic resolution. We are in the midst of a great cosmic symphony, a phenomenal chord change is occurring! However, for those who have already attained the realization of unification and unity, we must move forward as one being filled with positive vibrations, with all due haste to the higher telepathic frequency ranges of consciousness and begin now to magnetically stabilize the planet. This is what it means to catalyze the evolutionary cycle of the planetary human in cosmic harmony. A collective mind shift is happening! The purpose of the grand program of the Planetary Engineering Project CREST13 is to telepathically and psycho-electro-magnetically stabilize the planet so the worst effects of climate change/pole shift can be nullified.

In the meantime we must intensify the magnetic stabilization practices. We need to become positive, selfless, egoless noospheric humans—overnight! Spiritual giants arise! Mother Earth needs you! No more Atlantis corporation!

To begin with, we have to really increase pumping positive vibrations into the planetary mental field. Increase mindfulness! Watch for any sneaky, lurking negative thought forms including: thoughts of worthlessness, competitiveness, anger towards others, dishonesty and lack of truthfulness with oneself and in one’s relations with others, impatience, blame, etc. And instead, replace these with thoughts of self-worth, universal love, compassion, forgiveness, sympathy, patience, exertion, harmony, wishes for health, radiance, universal peace and well-being. Adopt positive affirmations: May all beings live in harmony! May love radiate from every pore of my being to the whole Earth! Where there is sickness may there be health, where there is war may there be peace! May the guns be laid down and may art flourish where there are no guns! Fly banners of peace and rainbow flags everywhere! Give up all fear!

Visualize as much as you can whenever you can the rainbow around the Earth. Spread the image of the rainbow bridge around the Earth everywhere! This is the universal image of the radiant outcome of the closing of the cycle! Make circumpolar rainbow bridge Earth stickers and posters. Put them up wherever permissible. Make rainbow bridge billboards and rainbow bridge graffiti art! Expose everybody to this image. It is the future. It is the Armageddon bypass. It is the image announcing that the apocalypse has been cancelled!

Change the mind, change the image, change the consciousness. But first, start with your own mind. Root out the demons of selfishness and egotism. No one is exempt. Everybody suffers from the disease of ego. The less you own this, the more you are in the Grip! Release the grip and mind the gap in your mind where there are no thoughts! Come on every body, smile on your brother, and then sit down and watch your mind for a long, long while. It’s bound to get better!

III. Would you like a pole shift or a rainbow bridge? Become an Earth telepath—Saving the Earth the Telepathomagnetic way.

“Say: What if God made the night perpetual until the day of resurrection? Which God other than God can provide you with light?

“Say: What if God made the daylight perpetual until the day of resurrection? Which God other than God can provide you with a night for your rest?”

— Quran, Sura 28:7�-72

We have to seriously consider that 20�2 may well mean that we all get to experience a magnetic

pole shift. That’s something that hasn’t happened in about ��,800 years! However, it now appears inevitable. What we don’t want to experience is a simultaneous terrestrial AND solar magnetic shift that so intensely disrupts the Earth’s magnetic field that the Earth stops in her tracks and then begins to spin the other way. For a few days it would seem that one side of the Earth was eternal day, and the other eternal night! When the planet would start to spin again, it would be a new Earth, and a new heaven, for the night time sky would appear as if it had changed as well.

Imagine something of the size and weight of planet Earth traveling at the rate of 19 miles per second, suddenly coming to a halt, and then after it has come to a complete stop, just as suddenly, the vehicle is put in reverse. Earth, like present day Venus, would begin to spin the opposite direction. Note: Because of some such pole reversal, one rotation of Venus on her axis (spinning in opposite direction to the rest of the planets) is the equivalent of 243 (9 x 27) Earth days, longer than it takes Venus to go around the sun—228 days.

If the Earth were to reverse its spin—as well as experience a magnetic shift where the north and south poles trade places—all of the continents which are on tectonic plates “floating” on Earth’s lithosphere would slide around, like so many heavy crates in a freight truck, smashing about and into each other. The ocean would generate massive tidal waves—tsunamis—that would shatter coastal regions everywhere on the planet. Who and what would survive?

If we were to experience a mere magnetic pole shift, then the effects would be far less catastrophic. Nonetheless, there would be a complete break in the Earth’s magnetic field disrupting all electrical systems—no lights, no Internet, no heat, transportation systems shut down, etc. In addition, there would be tidal waves and earthquakes. The magnetic poles would shift polarity and settle in different places, perhaps so different that the Congo might now be like Antarctica, and Antarctica temperate like present day North America.

Some such event occurred only as recent as almost �2,000 years ago. We have, for instance, evidence of the sudden extinction of the mastodons at that time. In Siberia there is the example of the frozen mastodon, recently discovered, with freshly eaten grass still in its stomach. What happened that it went into a deep freeze almost instantaneously?

According to Patrick Geryl in The World Cataclysm in 2012—The Maya Countdown to the End of the World (Adventures Unlimited Press, 2005), there was one such cataclysm in the year – 9792 (= 288 x 34), which he contends was the end of the last Atlantis. According to Geryl’s mathematical deductions not only was the famous Egyptian Sphinx constructed at this time, but from the year -9792, based on ancient studies of sunspot cycles, it was predicted that exactly 11804 years later on 21/12 AD 2012, an even more devastating pole shift and spin reversal would occur. The prior event, almost �2,000 years ago, destroyed the previous Atlantis which is now the continent of Antarctica at the South Pole. Geryl also argues that in -2�3�2 an earlier magnetic shift (though not a spin reversal) occurred. From this event the Atlantean priests were able to predict both the -9792 as well as the 20�2 events. Note that

between 9792 and 2�3�2 there are exactly ��520 years = 288 x 40. Therefore, 2�3�2 = 288 x 74. All of these events are related to meticulous study of the solar sun spot cycles.

Note that the pole shift of -2�3�2 occurred 4608 years after the beginning of the precessional cycle of 25920 years (time the sun takes to pass through the traditional 12 zodiacal constellations). Again 4608 = 288 x �6, while the precessional cycle itself of 25920 years = 288 x 90. 25920 = �2 x 2�60, the number of years it takes for Earth to pass through each zodiacal constellation. 25920 x 365 number of days in a vague solar year = 9,460,800 days or 288 x 32850.

This number 32850 is also 73 x 450—73 being the number of the biomass constant (365 = 5 x 73).

Note the harmonic of polar light—288(�44 x 2)—shows up in virtually every single one of these numbers—except for ��804, the number of years between the last spin reversal cataclysm and the next one in 20�2. However, from -9792 to 20�2 is a perfect measure of 227 52-solar galactic (Sirius-B) cycles of �8,980 days each. If you add four years to 20�2, to the year 20�6, then you get a multiple of 288 x 7 = 20�6. And 9792 to 20�6 = ��808 = 4� x 288!

Note that �872000, the number of days in the �3-baktun cycle = 288 x 6500, while �872000 x 5 = 9360000 or 25,634 vague solar years, or 26,000 tuns or 360 day cycles. 9,460 800 – 9 360 000 =�00800 = 350 x 288 difference between precessional cycle of 25920 years and tun cycle of approximately 25634 years.

The 20�2 date being a factor of 52-year cycles from the previous pole shift, is in accord with the Mayan mission based on the 52-year Sirius beta cycle. 227 is 22 and 7, the basis of the ratio of pi, and of the Telektonon warrior cube journey, between days 7 and 22 every 28-day moon. Also note the King’s chamber was rediscovered in 1872, 140 years before 20�2 and the completion of 1872000 days of the cycle of history, and that there are 140 inscriptions in the middle chamber of the Temple of the Inscriptions where the secret door opens leading to the Telektonon tube and the stairs leading to the tomb. From the re-opening of the King’s chamber in the Great Pyramid at Giza, to the opening of the funerary crypt of Pacal Votan in 1952 is exactly 80 years, the equivalent time that the Great Pacal spent on Earth.

The polar harmonic of light is built into the numbers of Pacal Votan’s enlightenment at the age of 28, AD 63�. That date concluded 72 52-year cycles since 3��3, or �366560 kin or 288 x 4745. Pacal Votan died at age 80, in 683, 73 52-year cycles complete. But the key date is 9.�3.0.0,0, the dedication of the Temple of the Inscriptions, or �389600 kin (= 288 x 4825, or 23040 days after AD 63�; 23040 = 288 x 80, same as number of years of Pacal’s life.

According to the second throne of the Ah-Kal Mo nab, Temple XXII, Pacal reappeared in AD 735 (7 x �05), �404520 days or 74 52-year cycles after 3��3. From �366560 to 20�2 (�872000) = 50540 days=�755 x 288, and from the time of dedication 9.�3.0.0.0 there are 482400 days = �675 x 288. We see that 288, the harmonic of polar light is coded into the principle Pacal Votan dates in relation to the closing of the cycle, as well as those of the �3 baktun system in general, not to mention the number of years in the precessional cycle. And, as we saw in the last issue of this newsletter, the mass equivalent of the God particle (V.24.3) is 82944, or 288 squared.

As we also saw, when we divide the mass equivalent 89244 by 2808, the energy/voltage frequency of the God particle, then we get a value that approximates the days in the synodic moon cycle (new moon to new moon):

82944 divided by 2808 = 29.53846�54synodic lunation cycle = 29.5306 days

Thus, the cycle of its satellite particle—the moon—is also a factor of the mass 82944 divided by energy-force factor 2808.

Equally significant is the value of 28 in relation to 82944: 28 x 2962 = 82936 + 8 = 82944, in other words 2962 x 28 (+08) = 82944. Also note the numbers of 288 are contained in 2808.

From this, conclude that the planetary solar-electron Earth, inclusive of its orbiting lunar particle, is completely a function of the God particle harmonic number values, 2808 and 82944, or 288 squared. The 28-day harmonic standard is the means of synchronizing the mental field of Earth with the frequency of 288 (harmonic of polar light) squared.

These reflections on the number 288 demonstrate that as an exemplary biosolar telepath, the consciousness and biopsychic instrument of Pacal Votan was thoroughly attuned to the harmonic of polar light both as the planetary God particle and as the principle of solar-planetary stabilization. It is for this reason that key practices of the synchronic order decoded from Pacal Votan’s prophetic legacy, the Law of Time, are coded with the 288 (144 x 2) and relate to the polar stabilization of the planet at the closing of the cycle.

Rainbow Earth Emergency Program—Synchronic Order Practices for Stabilizing the Earth

Let us be clear: The harmonic of polar light—288—is the harmonic of noospheric stabilization of the Earth through supermental attunement to the synchronic order. This is the essence of the prophetic legacy of Pacal Votan with regard to the meaning of 2012. Even though the CREST13 network is not yet fully established, we can intensify the practices that have already been established so the bio-solar-telepathic normalization of the Earth’s electromagnetic field is already underway.

These practices include:

1. Harmonic Normalization of time -13 Moon 28 day harmonic standard. Following the new time synchronometer as a simple daily practice is the fundamental method of entraining the human mind in the cosmically normative harmonic of the 13:20 frequency operating on the 28-day cycle, 13 times per year. This practice keeps Earth—the God-particle—stabilized in her orbit, the solar ring. Anyone can do this! Keep spreading and teaching about the new time calendar!

2. Circumpolar Rainbow Bridge Practice. Visualizing the rainbow bridge around the Earth just as an image or icon is a great breakthrough for attuning the everyday human mind to the supermental reality of a new order of Earth. Of course, as Earth Wizards the full complement of this practice done on a daily, weekly, moonly and annual basis actually allows the brain frequencies to interact with the Earth frequencies. This sets up a geopsychic field of the greatest importance for the Earth. Think that each pole is represented by the number 144, and that these two numbers equalize themselves as 288 the harmonic of polar light, the root frequency (82944) of the mass value of the God particle—V.24.3.

3. The 20 Tablets Cube journey practices for activating the psi bank. Cube positions 8 and �6 each are coded by the harmonic value of 144.
