Employment is based on a written contract either individual or collective

Regular full time workers are bound to work 40 hours a week, 8 hours a day.
Holidays (free days) are stated in the law. In case of a 12-hour shift, a 24-hour
resting period is compulsory. A person under 18 can only work 30 hours
a week, 6 hours a day and they cannot be granted extra hours.
The maximum number of extra hours is 120 per year
It must be at least the minimum value decided by the government.
The amount of money one receives is confidential
One should get paid at least once a month and if the employer fails to do so, the employee can demand compensation
