What Happens at an EAP Session?
• In-depth assessment by an EAP clinician
• A plan for problem resolution will be devised with the help of the clinician
• Short-term counseling provided by the clinician
• Problem-solving resources, outside referrals and follow-up services supplied by clinician

• EAP professionals are bound by state and federal laws prohibiting breeches in confidentiality
