Cnc Programmer setter/operator with experience in the manufacturing industry. Familiar with heidenhain, fanuc programming and setting actually i’m a mold fitting and mounting initial worker and once in the job market i’ve been gradually formed in cnc machining area. Also experienced with Edm wire cutting machines i am currently interested in whichever of these rules. Commonly i’m skilled in many manual tasks that require accuracy and dexterity.

I was working on 3 machines at once, whilst program is running on one machine( Correa) i go on programming on another one and if i have time sufficient even on a third machine (Awea using iso) i launch another program also done by myself.

I have been involved in manufacturing and repairing steel molds for either plastic or aluminium injection. I’ve acted on several machines such as Correa, Micron, Fidia, Chevalier Falcon and Dmu-Dmg 5 axis. I’m mostly used to work on 3 axis tasks but i can also complete work pieces that require 5 axis machining process .
