DURIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Safety Officer

Implementation of the Project Specific Safety Plan, in co-ordination with HSE Manager

Awareness and understanding of all Safety Rules and Regulation

Ensure that sub-contractors operate in a safe manner and comply with the project safety policy

Liaise with departments and clients in controlling the permit to work system

Carry out regular and random inspection on all sites and record result

Record and compile safety statistics Maintain the necessary safely related records Develop and implement safe system of work for the

project in conjunction with HSE Manager Ensure that risk assessments have been carried out

where necessary Ensure the use of protective clothing and equipment

To manage the daily schedule of personnel staff, firefighting equipment’s and maintain cleanliness of fire station.

Respond to any emergency calls, alarm to which unit is assigned and direct the manual operation

Establish all records of emergency calls. Alarm movements of fire truck apparatus and communicate to radio room

Be familiar to the location and have sufficient knowledge of fire strategy to know what techniques should be apply

Ventilating the fire carrying salvage work operation and perform fire lecture and actual training to all employees

Be alert in any case of emergency, and be able the proper size-up or appraised to determine whether additional help is needed

Knowledge the operation of fire truck apparatus and at least with driver license (air field for airport)
