Rick Williams, President, Market Australia “Rick” Williams joined Market America in February of 1997. He is a 1982 graduate of North Carolina A&T State University. He worked for several years with the XEROX Corp. and American Express prior to joining Market America. In both ventures he received many awards and commendations for his outstanding work in the area of Operations. He has been highly recognized for his ability to lead and direct groups to meet performance goals, and his motivational style has made him a true asset both internally and in the field. He was 2001 Market America Director of the year. Rick is an extremely gifted speaker and has been heavily involved in International Toastmasters, where he has won many speech contests and earned his DTM (Distinguished Toastmaster Award). Since joining Market America he has played a very pertinent role in the success of our internal operations as well as field expansion. He has been sought after to speak and train Unfranchise owners all across the Unites States and Internationally. He has implemented response time benchmarks, diverse customer service groups, and all of the Market America Credit Card Programs (U.S, Canada, and Hong Kong and Taiwan) He has held may executive positions with Market America as well as being the Director of our International Certified Training Programs. These are just some of the attributes and accomplishments that led to “Rick” being very highly recruited by many corporations before electing to partner with Market America. Prior to being promoted as The President of Market Australia, he was Vice- President of Corporate Services and Administration, overseeing the Professional Services Center (Distributor Services and Shipping Services), Product Information and Computer Support as well as the Operations Training department and Human Resources. As President of Market Australia, “Rick” oversees all aspects of Market Australia, including corporate staff and Market Australia Distributors. She holds degrees in Biology, Chemistry and a Masters’ of Science in Adult Education and Training. She has over 20 years of training experience in the college, profit and non-profit sectors. Wanda implemented and led the first training department in a major non-profit organisation. As a Certified Facilitator, she has coached individual employees and teams in developing skills and obtaining goals, even serving as a facilitator during a merger of two major agricultural companies. Her love for science and belief in the Market Australia products compelled her to initiate and gain approval for the first standardised Health & Nutrition training for Market Australia. Wanda was instrumental in the researching, collecting of data and the creation of this training. She conducts the Certified Trainer School and oversees the NMTSS program. Sal has been a distributor since 2002 and her business really took off when Motives was introduced into Australia, becoming a Motives Certified Trainer in 2006. Since discovering Motives & her passion for cosmetics, Sal has led the way in promoting Motives throughout Australia. She has used Motives while working on fashion shows and photo shoots. Impressed with Sal’s commitment and knowledge of Motives, Market Australia appointed Sal as the Director of Training - Motives by Loren Ridinger in 2009. Since then, she has developed new trainings & support materials, and coached Motives trainers & Elite team members.  Sal is happily married with two lovely daughters, has an extensive financial background and experience as an entrepreneur in owning her own business.

Dr Jeff Strong, Horphag - Pycnogenol

Dr. Jeff Strong (Director of Scientific Communications, Asia Pacific, Horphag Research) is a naturopathic physician trained in primary care medicine. He graduated from Bastyr University, Washington, with a doctorate of naturopathic medicine. Dr. Strong is a member of the American Association of Naturopathic Physicians, the Japanese Society of Anti-Aging Medicine and the Japanese Society for Complementary and Alternative Medicine and Treatment.

Jacqueline Vandine plays a key role as the Office Manager of Market Australia. In this position she is responsible for all aspects that pertain to the daily operation of the corporate office. In addition Jacqueline has continued to be very aggressive in her pursuit of Affiliated Partners while maintaining and updating our Web Portal, this including Hot Deals, Blogs, Cashback, Gift Vouchers and more.
