Write your spelling words in order from the least amount of syllables to the most. Words with the same number of syllables should be in alphabetical order.

Group your spelling words according to the number of syllables.

Write as many words as you can that rhyme with each of your spelling words.

Skip and spell one of your spelling words at the same time! With each jump, say the next letter in your spelling word. How many times can you spell your spelling word before you stop skipping?

Use playdough/pipe cleaners/wool to build your spelling words. Shape each letter in the word.
