RHS Drama Club Presents “FIDDLER ON THE ROOF” The Drama Club at Ridge High School will present “FIDDLER ON THE ROOF” on Thursday, February 23 at 6:30 p.m., and Friday and Saturday, February 24 and 25 at 7 p.m. at the Ridge Performing Arts Center (PAC). This musical theater classic is set in the small (and fictional) town of Anatevka in 1905, under the thumb of pre-revolutionary Russian law enforcement. The story centers on the lives, problems, and evolving traditions of an oppressed Jewish community, and spotlights milkman Tevye (senior Owen McKenna), his wife, Golde (junior Ginny Lafean), and their five daughters. Combining drama, comedy, and haunting reality, the musical examines the family’s conflict between traditional values and the ever-changing world in which they live. The cast, crew, and director Martha Harvey invite you to join them for a memorable evening. All tickets for the Thursday night performance are $12. Tickets for the Friday and Saturday performances are $16 for adults and $12 for students/senior citizens. Get your tickets today at www.ridgepac.com.
