When the market for custom homes sagged, Little weathered the crunch by switching gears and focusing on remodeling and renovations and said his business has been steady and is now growing. He said that he is finding that people are choosing to stay in their homes and expand them by adding on rooms rather than going out and buying new houses. and he pointed out that kitchen and bath remodeling is very popular and is an excellent way to add value to a home
