It’s a big job converting an old house to a working realty office while

maintaining the character of its post-Victorian, American foursquare style. Two of the rooms have brick fireplaces with beautifully carved wooden surrounds. Crown molding outlines each of the main rooms, with dental molding in what will be the conference room.

When complete, each of the associates will have their own office space, and the conference room will be ready for spreading out maps of High Rock Lake and the surrounding area to show clients where homes are available.

Currently, Ed Price & Associates is listing properties in six gated communities on High Rock Lake that range in price from $199,000 to $850,000. These communities have private waterfront access and amenities such as boat slips, clubhouses, swimming pools and large lots overlooking the lake.
