Overnight in Andernach.Day 3: andernach to CochemWe depart Andernach before breakfastand cruise towards Koblenz where theRhine meets the Moselle. Here we head

west along the magical Moselle toCochem, arriving early afternoon. Knownas the ‘Pearl of the Moselle’, its lovinglyrestored half-timbered houses, historicmarket place and magnificent Reichsburgcastle must be seen. Explore on your ownor join our optional excursion toReichsburg Castle followed by a 5 winetasting. Overnight in Cochem.Day 4: Cochem to BoppardDepart Cochem during breakfast andcruise to Boppard. Sit back and enjoy theviews as we pass castles, fortresses andriverside town’s. We arrive in Boppard mid-afternoon to take in its lovely, romanticsquares and the riverside Rhine Allee,filled with trees and flowers. Explore onyour own, take the land train tour or joinour optional guided walk. Overnight inBoppard.Day 5: Boppard to RüdesheimThis morning we sail through the RhineGorge to Rüdesheim, passing the famousLorelei Rock. We arrive early afternoonwith time to take in this gorgeous littletown. Our optional tour by land train fromthe ship takes in the vineyards and thetown, including a visit to Seigfried’sMechanical Music Cabinet and the famousDrosselgasse - a unique cobbled lane just144 metres long, packed with bars,restaurants and live music - where weenjoy a delicious Rüdesheimer Kaffeemade with Asbach brandy. Overnight inRüdesheim.Day 6: Rüdesheim to KoblenzThis morning we sail to Koblenz where wearrive early afternoon. Explore on yourown, take the cable car over the Rhine tothe imposing Ehrenbreitstein fortress -surely one of the area’s greatestattractions, or join our optional walkingtour of the town. Overnight in Koblenz.

Day 7: Koblenz to Konigswinter & CologneDuring breakfast we cruise toKonigswinter where we have the morning

to explore. Situated at the foot of theDrachenfels Mountain, it is set betweenthe Rhine Valley and Siebengebirge -“Seven Hills”. Our optional excursion takesus by land train and Germany’s oldest cograilway to the top of the mountain withspectacular views of the Rhine valleybelow. During the afternoon we sail toCologne, arriving mid-afternoon. Freetime to explore on your own, theimpressive Cathedral is certainly worth avisit. Or, join our optional afternoonguided walk. Farewell dinner on board.Overnight in Cologne.

Day 8: Cologne to UKAfter Breakfast we disembark and transferby coach to Brussels where we take theEurostar to London St Pancras andEbbsfleet arriving during the afternoon.Or, transfer to Cologne airport for yourflight back to the UK.

Prinses Christina. This 3-star ship accommodates just 107 guests offering an intimate

and comfortable experience as you relax while Europe’s most historic and romantic

scenery slips quietly by. The ship’s crew are well-known for their friendliness and

ability to make guests feel truly at home.

There will be time for your own sightseeing ashore, or choose from our great value

range of optional excursions, as each day she moors at a different "port of call" on

carefully planned itineraries.

Lounge

The Prinses Christina has an elegant lounge with picture windows offering panoramic

views. Morning coffee and afternoon tea are served daily in the lounge. There is a

stairlift between the main deck and the promenade deck and from the main deck to

the restaurant on the cabin deck. The large sun deck is partially covered.

Restaurant

The elegantly furnished restaurant is situated on the Cabin deck. All cruises on board

the MV Prinses Christina start the day with a sumptuous buffet breakfast. Guests

enjoy three-course lunches and four-course dinners with table service and a choice

of menu. On the last night of the cruise guests are invited to a special five-course

Captain’s dinner.

Cabins

The cabins on the MV Prinses Christina were renovated at the beginning of 2012. All

54 river-view cabins have air-conditioning, shower and toilet, two single beds and

satellite TV. Standard cabins are located on all three decks with deluxe cabins

available on the main and promenade decks.
