Facility hire rates are based on use of space only. We encourage you to BYO or

source external contractors for catering, beverage service and additional

decorations. Our contact details may be shared with your supplier so that they

can liase directly with our events department regarding the logistics of access,

facilities/appliances, set up and pack down.

Entertainment must be family friendly and an additional application is to be

submitted to events department for Rhapsody Resort Management approval.

This includes live music and DJ acts. Adult entertainment is strictly prohibited.

COVID-19 UPDATE

Due to Covid-19, we are currently not sharing our existing preferred caterers

and decoration contractor list. Most of these businesses are family owned and

unfortunately have been impacted by changes or restrictions due to the current

health pandemic. External contractors will need to be independently sourced

and arranged.

As per current Federal and Queensland guidelines, social distancing practices and maximum capacities are in place. This will be revised and remain in accordance with the most current restrictions. Please note the existing maximum capacity numbers for each of our facility spaces below. It is the responsibility of the registered host as per the signed terms and conditions to manage the attending number of guests and a breach of numbers may result in a federal fine, eviction or attendees being denied entry.
