Media Coverage - Helen Goodwin

“Media coverage of the Carnegie Challenge Cup is very positive. Local papers in particular are embracing the ‘Road to Wembley’ concept. We have made good headway with the Rugby League papers, and League Express in particular wrote a positive article ahead of the round two games - they were offered interviews with Leeds Met coach Paul Fletcher and captain Jon Nicholls, and both were used. In addition, there were 261 mentions of the Carnegie Challenge Cup on web stories alone during the month of February.”
