SCOPE: Turnkey design/build of RF shield for room size 7m(L)x 5 m(W) x 2.85m(H) .This includes design, material, fabrication, installation, RF testing and project management. Performance Specifications: 1000 ohms isolation and 100 dB shielding effectiveness up to 100 MHz in electric and plane wave and 90 dB in magnetic test. TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS: RF Shielding: RF shield in virtually 100% pure 3 ounce copper foil with proven non- oxidizing treatment to prevent oxidation or discoloration on shiny foil surfaces. Electrical Continuity: All RF shield panels will be electrically joined together. RF Door 1200mm x 2100mm RF Window(1200mm x 900mm): Our RF window with 2 layers of copper RF screen has a unique design to eliminate “Moire” patterns and provide a clear view. RF line filters manufactured with attenuation levels of minimum 100 dB @1MHz – 200 MHz per MIL-STD 220. RF Copper Waveguides designed “beyond frequency cutoff”. 1 No. 8” dia on RF shield only. RF honeycomb Wave grills(600mm x 300mm) for air- conditioning Supply Air and Return Air. RF Medical Gas Copper Waveguides designed “beyond frequency cutoff”. RF Shielding Attenuation: 100 dB in the frequency spectrum 10-100 MHz using magnetic/plane/electric wave RF testing procedures per MIL Standard 285 as modified for MRI. Electric Isolation: Dielectric Isolation Membrane with a minimum of 1000 ohms DC grounding resistance.
