ABSTRACT
RFID BASED INDUSTRIAL SECURITY SYSTEM
Now a day virtually every organization has a need for some level of security. The
security could be as simple as requiring a password for access control, or it could be as
complex as mutual authentication over a secure channel using long keys. Often RFID
cards are used with larger computing devices to provide a secure, portable user identity
token or to provide other security services.
In this project we are using RFID card. The RFID cards are secure tokens that have
provided security services to a wide range of applications. The RFID card reader is used
to read the data from the card. The security details is been displayed in the LCD display.
If any unauthorized employees or persons try to break the door of the room, the
controller automatically alert the security by blowing the buzzer. This can be
implementing in real time.
Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) is a technology that uses radio frequencies to
automatically identify and track people or objects. It is useful for many enterprises that
want to improve their productivity, processes and gain a competitive edge by getting real
time information enabling them to make proactive business decisions. RFID offers higher
data storage capacities, higher identification speeds, and greater immediacy and accuracy
of data collection. The technology’s enhanced accuracy and security in data collection
makes it an ideal data collection platform for the health care, pharmaceutical,
manufacturing, warehousing, logistics and retail sectors.
