REXUS OVERVIEW

Welcome to Rexus, what is Rexus? Rexus is an ICT Consulting Services company, based on the key principle goal “Happiness”. We at Rexus believe to have a successful relationship its important to create a positive, motivating and a respectful work relation for our customers and employees. Thus our focus is employee satisfaction which in turn we believe will double the customer satisfaction.

The Rexus Story: After years of working in the corporate world a bunch of corporate professionals pondered what’s going on in their life. Work, home, weekends and the cycle goes on. The one common question was are we really happy with what we are doing? Can’t we have a world in which we are happy with what we are doing and enjoy our life with a perfect work life balance? Thus the idea of Rexus was born, lets create a global company, lets try to spread happiness in which we are happy in what we are doing and thereby making sure the customers we serve are extremely happywith our services.

PRESALES & BID MANAGEMENT SERVICES – PBMS

SOLUTION TYPE 1

BASIC

• Average time required to complete would be around 3 to 5 days without any dependencies.• Up to 2 proposal revisions are allowed, in case the customer requests to modify or add in to the existing

changes. Any revision beyond that shall be considered addition Solution Type - 1 proposal.  

• Average time required to complete would be around 5 to 7 days without any dependencies.• Up to 2 proposal revisions are allowed, in case the customer requests to modify or add in to the existing

changes. Any revision beyond that shall be considered addition Solution Type - 2 proposal.

• Average time required to complete would be around 7 to 10+ days without any dependencies.• Up to 3 proposal revisions are allowed, in case the customer requests to modify or add in to the existing

PBMS - BUSINESS MODELBronze, Silver & Gold packages are services done by shared resource. Only Platinum packages are services done by dedicated resources, number of resources will be based on customer’s requirement.

In the shared packages the per month solution types are limited to the quantities mentioned in below slide of PBMS service packages. If the customer needs additional proposal beyond the defined quota of a package the customer has to pay for that solution type individually which is know has Alacarte pricing or Ad-hoc pricing. Customer won’t be able to pick and choose the number of solution types per month except in Platinum.

Quotation’s will be provided as per customer’s request. Customer’s will have to sign the contract copy along with the invoice to process any of their required services. Minimum Service Package duration is 3 months maximum is 3 years.
