Fast-trackservice allows EE customers to get through to a member of our team instantly. Instead of navigating automated menus, customers can simply dial ‘150’ for support and then press ‘33’ to be connected to a member of the EE service team.
Staffprofilesputs customers in control of who they speak to in select stores. Customers will now be able access staff profiles online to find out about each members specialist skills or by visiting the store itself.
Selfservicewith My EE, a handy app1 for EE mobile customers allowing them to stay up to date with their EE mobile account when they’re out and about. My EE is a secure app that gives customers access to their account’s current balance and view an itemised breakdown of their recent usage. The app also allows customers to browse help topics from their phone
ServiceEverywhereas EE customers can access over 700 new EE stores, with EE staff on hand to offer specialist advice in store, on the phone and online. EE has trained its customer team to become experts in mobile operating systems, meaning customers receive a specialist service, regardless of which handset they use.
Clone PhoneClone Phone backs up photos, videos and contacts via an app1. Ideal for consumers or small businesses, it backs up a users contacts, calendar, pictures and videos, so they can easily restore their content if their handset is lost, damaged, stolen or becomes faulty.
There are three options available – Clone Phone Lite, which comes included with the customers EE mobile plan and offers 500MB remote storage, Clone Phone Loaded, offering a larger remote storage allowance, or Clone Phone Fully Loaded, offering the larger storage allowance as well as insurance and warranty providing a replacement device of the same make and model within 24 hours.
Users can also access their content through a Clone Phone web portal via a PC, where they’ll be able to review their content. Clone Phone Loaded and Fully Loaded customers also benefit from Find-My-Phone, a feature that helps locate phones and protect stored data.
Find-My-Phone is available through the Clone Phone web portal. It lets users:

• Remotely Lock&Wipe1 their handset, so no one else can use it

Loan Phone provides a convenient way to arrange a repair in store and stay in touch in the meantime. If a customer’s phone develops a fault we’ll get it fixed and back to them at no extra cost4, as soon as possible. Customers are offered a choice of replacement handsets to help keep them connected during the repair period3. Small business customers benefit from next-day replacement for any faulty phone5.

We also allow customers to track their repairs so they are kept updated every step of the way. Text messages and e-mails update them throughout the repair process, and there’s an online portal.
