Al menos 38 empresas chinas han tomado la batuta de los proyectos de sectores es-tratégicos y de construcción en el ecuador.

Las quince principales manejan contratos por $ 6.270 millones, según datos de la Cámara Ecuatoriano China. Entre ellas siete han sido designadas para construir proyectos hidroeléctricos. La mayor parte de estos proyectos tiene un modelo de negocio en común: han sido asignados de manera directa y cuentan con el financiamiento (financing) del gobierno chino.Desde la mirada de la Embajada de Ecuador en china existen coincidencias (coincidence) en ambos pueblos y gobiernos en cuestiones de política internacional y filosofía social y los dos países tienen claro que “las negociaciones directas reflejan el paradigma de la interacción ganar-ganar”.

¿ESTADOS UNIDOS: 40 MILLONES DE PERSONAS HABLAN “SPANGLISH”?

En una muestra (sample) más de la sostenida perspi-cacia de los habitantes de habla hispana en territo-rio estadounidense, un estudio confirma que alrededor de cuarenta millones de personas hablan ya en Estados

Unidos la mezcla de inglés y español conocida como “spanglish”.

Esa cifra convierte (transform) al “spanglish” en la “fuerza y fenómeno verbal más importante de los últimos años” en Estados Unidos, explicó hoy el pro-fesor y escritor a docentes y alumnos en una presen-tación en la Facultad De Filología De La Universidad de Barcelona (UB), según informa la agencia EFE.Otros términos utilizados para llamar a las personas que hablan “spanglish” es Chicano, una persona cu-yos padres son de México y el hijo de Estados Uni-dos de América o a su vez, término empleado (used) coloquialmente principalmente en los Estados Uni-dos para referirse a los mexicano-estadounidenses.

Prácticamente hasta mediados del siglo XIX el aprendizaje del idioma inglés no despertaba (aroused) gran interés entre la población española y cuando se realizaba, era mediante la lectura y traducción de textos diversos, clásicos principalmente, de una lengua a otra: inglés-español, español-inglés. Según Sofía Martín Gamero es probablemente en la parte número cuatro de la gramática publicada en 1819 en Barcelona por William Casey, donde por primera vez se habla “en un libro de este tipo de la prosodia inglesa, estudiando el énfasis, la cantidad, las pausas y los tonos” (Martín Gamero, la enseñanza del inglés en España). En este estudio se han utilizado (used) libros de época en diferentes ediciones, y prensa coetánea. La falta de interés por la lengua inglesa y un estudio reducido a la mera traducción después, es el resumen de varios siglos de historia de la educación en lo relativo a las lenguas vivas.
