Passing and recieving- To be able to perform a
controlled rugby pass with a partner and in small groups. Technique should be demonstrated, appropriate ball height, distance and direction (backwards)
- To be able to receive and control a pass from a target player using correct technique.
Passing and receiving under pressure- Students are able to
demonstrate controlled passing and receiving during pressure and game like situations.

Ball control extension- Students build on their basic
ball handling skills and continue to focus on technique whilst moving.
Attack taking the touch- Students are able to
demonstrate an understanding of Touch Rugby by defending and using the “Touch” rule to gain ground.
- Students gain an understanding of the requirements of both teams when a “touch/tag” is made.
