Michele is a Master Certified Coach who has coached executives across the U.S. and around the world, from Japan and Australia to Latin America and Europe. She trains and mentors other coaches and is considered a “coach’s coach.” She has a deep and personal commitment to the success of other coaches.
What clients and students say about working with Michele:
“Since 2005, I have turned to Michele for feedback and advice on what turns out to be the most important decisions of my life. Michele’s wisdom, humor and intellect have allowed me to make some very important…decisions –- always supported with a plan of action.” ~Lori Guittari

Fabeku Fatunmise, Business awesomizer. Suck excorcist. Punk rock aclhemist. I’m Fabeku. (Hi!) I work with creative supernovas + thought leaders + world-changers + future forces of nature to turn up the awesome in their business through the unapologetic transmission of their mojo + conjuring sizzling states of total coherence. This means more clients + more money + more momentum + the chance to unleash your magnum opus on the world in a way that actually works. In my spare time, I write love letters to Yoda + obsess over red shoes + wander the interwebs in search of the perfect luchador mask.
“I never in a million years expected to have the kind of epiphanies (yes, multiple ones!) that led to very quickly being able to work through the essence of my business, and creating such a strong touchstone for its future development.” ~Lynne Gillis
Nona Jordan, the Business YoginiI’m Nona Jordan, the Business Yogini. If you feel queasy about the business and financial part of your venture, it’s time to heal your relationship with money and create the legacy you truly desire.
I’m a CPA, yoga teacher, energy worker, and entrepreneurial money coach. What that means is that I rock at helping coaches like you heal your relationship with money on all levels while you build and hone your business savvy to become financially empowered.
You are worth every penny, and a whole lot more.
“Working with Nona is a life changing experience.” ~Kate O’Neill, Life Coach
Jeannette Maw, Author + Certified CoachI didn’t know the ride I was in for when I quit a six figure financial services job in corporate America to build my own coaching practice. Along the way I made lots of mistakes, shed a few tears, slammed more than a few doors, but generally had the time of my life.
Today I enjoy my business more than ever, largely because of the ongoing work of honoring my highest excitement and practicing world-class vibration management. As part of growing my online LOA empire, I volunteer as a foster mom for rescued dogs
and cats, enjoy in home yoga and off leash dog walks, fun size Snickers and Big Bang Theory reruns.
“Best investment I ever made for my business? Coaching with Jeannette Maw. Superpower attitude and thought adjustments.” ~Auretha Callison

Laurie Foley, Business Strategist + Certified CoachLaurie Foley is a business development coach and creator of the Branding From the Inside Out process for entrepreneurs who want to find their natural brand and learn to love marketing on their own terms. She has helped over 150 individuals and organizations create resonant marketing programs online and learn to blog for business growth. Her most recent project is Courage Studio, a creative coaching space for entrepreneurs who want to move from intention to action.
“Laurie’s sense of humor, experience in the field, passion for life, and desire to stay true to her work (and yours) are inspirational!” ~Lisa Dewey Wells

Set Your Intention
What do you really, really want?We all want to be right in our relationship with our work, our sense of intrinsic worth, but we especially
want to be right with our money.
Consider how you would like to feel about and act with money, the work you do to generate that
money, and the way you “own” your gifts and talents through your work.
Write down your intention as a positive statement*.
Date: __________________________
My intention is to:
______________________________________________________________
______________________________________________________________
______________________________________________________________
______________________________________________________________
______________________________________________________________
______________________________________________________________
______________________________________________________________
______________________________________________________________
______________________________________________________________
______________________________________________________________
As it is intended, so it is.
*Having trouble? Write down what you DO NOT want in relationship to money, work, and identity
FIRST and then reverse it into a positive intention.

Your Money Legacy: Go Deep
Considering your timeline, or, what you know to be true about how you grew up and how you have
played out your money legacy, look at your relationship to money, your work, and your worth.
• Describe the feeling about money in your household, growing up. What were your experiences of
money as a child? Did you get what you wanted or not?
______________________________________________________________
______________________________________________________________
______________________________________________________________
• Did your parents both work? Did they enjoy their work? What was the message about work and
right livelihood in your family?
______________________________________________________________
______________________________________________________________
______________________________________________________________
______________________________________________________________
• What was your Mom’s role in the family money legacy? Do any of her patterns play out in your life
today?
______________________________________________________________
______________________________________________________________
______________________________________________________________
______________________________________________________________
• What was your Father’s role in the family money legacy? Do any of his patterns play out in your life
today?
______________________________________________________________
______________________________________________________________
______________________________________________________________
______________________________________________________________
37
Were there messages about “good” work and “not good” work in your house growing up? What was
respected by your parents and expected of you?
______________________________________________________________
______________________________________________________________
______________________________________________________________
______________________________________________________________
• Looking back, what was your family’s money theme? How have you continued to play out these
patterns in adulthood?
______________________________________________________________
______________________________________________________________
______________________________________________________________
______________________________________________________________
• Describe the disappointments you’ve experienced with money and finance. What do you think
contributed to those successes?
______________________________________________________________
______________________________________________________________

______________________________________________________________

• Note anything else that comes up around your money legacy.

39
Legacy, Deconstructed
Look at your money timeline and choose ONE story to work with. This is not for the faint of heart - this must be approached with compassionate curiosity. First and
foremost, this is about lovingly deconstructing the beliefs that no longer serve your dreams.
• What is the belief that underlies this story?
______________________________________________________________
______________________________________________________________
• How did this legacy benefit and/or protect you in the past?
______________________________________________________________
______________________________________________________________
Pause & Breathe into it.
Be with the emotion without retelling the story by feeling the sensations in the body. Relax - let the
energetic footprint of the emotion move through you. Acknowledge how this legacy protected you and
send the belief and the feeling your gratitude and love.
Understand the impact of this belief.
• How does this belief show up in the way you take action, today?
______________________________________________________________
______________________________________________________________
______________________________________________________________
• Does the action you take move you toward or away from what you truly desire?
______________________________________________________________
______________________________________________________________
______________________________________________________________
40
41
Creating a Beautiful New Legacy
• Rewrite the belief you deconstructed as it’s opposite.
______________________________________________________________
______________________________________________________________
______________________________________________________________
Pause & Breathe.Feel the way this opposite statement resonates in your emotional/energetic body. Breathe it in - it’s true, too.
This is true, too. • Find evidence that this opposite belief is true in your life, right now. No matter how
small the evidence may seem, find it. It’s there. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
• Does this belief support action that takes you closer toward your true desires?__________________________________________________________________________________________________________
• List two to three actions you will take based on this new understanding and shift in your money legacy.
_________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
42
Take it home. Next steps with your money...
Emotional + Energetic Suggestions
Keep deconstructing your legacy beliefs and choosing a NEW legacy that moves you toward
what you truly desire. Don’t forget to feel your feelings and to amass a rich base of evidence for your
beautiful, new legacy.
Work from a place of love, not fear. When you are doing anything related to dealing with your cash
flow, generating income, marketing, or building your business ask yourself, “Is this the most loving
action I can take for me and for others?”
The present moment is where all of your power is. Righting your relationship with money is
intensive training in staying present. When you go numb, get anxious, or begin reacting in habitual
ways, take a deep breath and pause. Get current. Your choices are here, not in the past or the future.
Practical Action Steps
Know where you stand. The most loving gift you can give yourself is to know where you stand with
your money. Set a weekly date to track your business income/expenses and to look at your personal
cash flow. Anxiety about money is fueled by not looking at it - don’t do that to yourself.
Be mindful about borrowing from your future. If you have debt or you find yourself using debt
mindlessly, figure out why. I encourage people to use debt mindfully and only when it’s aligned with
their true desires. I suggest pursuing an aggressive payment schedule for old debt. Remember, this is
your future you are borrowing against. Minimal debt = freedom.
Draw the line in the sand. I want you to know why you want what you want, financially. What will
it give you to make your intentions a reality? Keep this front and center for yourself, to remind you why
you are choosing to bring awareness to your relationship with money. Then, take action.
43
I want to ________________________________________________________ .
because (what it will do for you)
______________________________________________________________
______________________________________________________________
______________________________________________________________
______________________________________________________________
To do this...
I will __________________________________________________________ .
I won’t _________________________________________________________ .

62
Forget the way you normally think about your business Leave the boxes + the buzzwords behind Drop the labels + the elevator speech Forget the business-as-usual blahblah It’s time to pretend Time to fire up your imagination + s-t-r-e-t-c-h a little, supernova
Pretend your business is a superhero Not like Wonder Woman or Superman Think all new + uniquely you
Scribble down every detail you can think of Don’t censor yourself This is not a test There are no right or wrong answers
Go wild Think big
63
What does your superhero look like?
64
What kind of costume are they wearing?
65
What is their superpower?
66
Do they have a symbol that represents them?
67
Where did they come from?
68
Where do they live?
69
Do they have a secret (or not-so-secret) lair?
70
Anything else?
71
shazam! Now you’ve got the raw materials that hold the key to unlocking your shazam-ey superpower But they’re in code So it’s time to break out your secret decoder ring (Imaginary cape optional, but highly recommended )
Ready. Steady. Go.
Circle back to your superhero’s superpower
• What’s the magic + mojo behind their superpower?
• How does it help people?
• What do people get from it?
• What does the superpower make doable that wasn’t doable before?
• What can they see/feel/experience/do as a result of interacting with that superpower?
• How is their life different as a result of encountering your superhero?
72
Drill down Go deep For each answer, keep asking yourself, “And what do they get from that?”
Keep digging + distilling At some point, you’ll stumble onto something that strikes a chord You’ll feel it in your gut And this felt-in-your-gut something will be simple + short A word or two But those couple of words… whoa Full Of BOOM!Enough for you to feel the real magic behind who you are + what you do + what you transmit to your people
(Hint: If you can’t describe your superpower in a couple of words, it’s not your superpower Keep digging )
73
Try this newly discovered nugget on for size Say your superpower out loud Let the words roll off your tongue Sing them Shout them Scribble them on your arm with a pen Tell someone else + have them say it back to you Close your eyes Take it in Soak it up How’s it feel, magicface?
p s If the aha! doesn’t land immediately, don’t freak Deep breath Don’t rush Take your time Sometimes the answer arrives in a flash Sometimes it needs a minute to percolate
In alchemy, the raw materials that turn lead into gold are cooked + recooked Again + again It ain’t called the Great Work for nuthin’ It takes time But it’s totally worth it
