£5.4m (14/15) then £7.6m (15/16)• Other Potential Revenue Benefits

– Reduction in overall cost per meal produces saving in cost of all current meals served

– If current charge to a pupil for a paid meal is less than £2.30 a further saving will be realised

• Allocation of £1.68M for maintained schools and £343K earmarked for VA schools

• Academies funded separately• CS Chief Officer decision to top slice 20%,

£336K• for equipment• CS will bring forward a capital programme up to

£1.34M based on need• Next steps are viability and feasibility work to

see if expansions are possible• Interim solutions will have to be in place for
