• 42”x56” landscape• Template will be on website (http://web.mit.edu/cmse/posters)• Font sizes – Readable!•Margins: leave ½”• Equations, especially Greek characters, should be images• Some differences between Power Point versions

• keep it safe • use most current version of PPT• Conversion issues possible with other programs

• PDF files work as well- make sure exported to correct size• Keep poster easy to read

• Hang posters at 1pm – in Building 13 Lobby• Pizza lunch at 12pm in von Hipple, 13-2137• A group photo will be taken between 1 and 2pm• Be ready to present your poster at 2pm
