14RETURN TO THE OFFICE FAQ

Dear Associate:

Your health and safety is our top priority. If you find yourself needing to go back to the office, you’ll see a number of changes so, together, we can keep our work environment safe for one another. We’re sharing them with you in advance so you know what to expect, how to prepare and in what ways we’re supporting you. We’re operating in uncharted territory, but our values continue to guide us.

Please review all of the information prior to your first day back and reach out to your manager or HR partner if you have any questions or concerns.

You can find this document, as well as other return to office information and the most up-to-date resources at LB.com/Associates/COVID19/HowWeWork/ReturnToOffice.

As a reminder, associates, at all levels, whose work can be done remotely, should continue to work from home for the foreseeable future.

door handles, light switches, stair railings and countertops.

• We have installed numerous, readily available hand sanitizing stations for your use.
