people…Be different.  (Romans 12:1-2 JBP) “With eyes wide open to the

mercies of God, I beg you, my brothers, as an act of intelligent worship, to

give him your bodies, as a living sacrifice, consecrated to him and

acceptable by him. Don’t let the world around you squeeze you into its own

mold, but let God re-mold your minds from within, so that you may prove in

practice that the plan of God for you is good, meets all his demands and

moves towards the goal of true maturity.”

We can use this time to grow our faith.  Many times we are so busy we do

not listen for Gods’ voice.  Set aside some time to quietly listen as you

read His Word.  Try reading aloud too. (John 10:27-29 NLT)

“27 My sheep listen to my voice; I know them, and they follow me. 28 I

give them eternal life, and they will never perish. No one can snatch them

away from me, 29 for my Father has given them to me, and he is more

powerful than anyone else. No one can snatch them from the Father’s

hand.”
