Magento Team Lead/ Technical Lead - Critical Leadership role within the company

We are hiring to build a very strong technical team for the growth of our organization. We are looking

for an experienced Magento Team Lead who will be responsible for delivering Magento solutions to

real world e-commerce problems.

Key responsibilities:

Overall responsibility and leadership for planning, architecture, development and

maintenance of our technology infrastructure.

Use new technologies to build innovative user applications for various websites

Develop and maintain internal tools

Assist in the design, coding and testing of technical solutions ensuring quality control of all

code.

Apply knowledge of industry trends and developments to improve service to our products

Understand project and development plans with the ability to clearly articulate roles, project

goals, and timelines.

Translate specifications from technical analysts and clients into usable user interface

concepts.

Analyze clients' requirements to develop appropriate functionality.

Facilitate and analyze clients' design preferences and branding needs to effectively translate

Design and develop websites using content management system (Magento).

Collaborate with team members as the Front-end or Tech lead in joint problem definition and

solution implementation through systematic investigation of client needs.

Develop graphic design comprehensives for clients.

Have an understanding of how to create HTML & CSS based templates using industry

standards best practices, and tailor designs appropriately.

Make suggestions to improve user interfaces, graphics and the usability experience on

systems.

Oversee back-office application infrastructure

Ensuring team members understand deliverables and have task lists

• Putting together technical write-up for programming features of the site

• While completing all of the above duties you must maintain excellent communication with

the clients while managing their expectations.

Qualification:

Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer/IT

Magento Certified preferable

Desired Skills:

3+ years of Magento experience

8+ years of experience in web or software development project management

Essential skills will include: PHP (to a high level), Software patterns, Version control, Coding

standards, Magento

Experience with ecommerce web development is must

Strong understanding of web technologies, usability, information architecture, and browser

compatibility issues

Knowledge of basis data management, database concepts, database-driven Web

applications

Excellent communication, project management, and expectation management

Ability to handle multiple, competing priorities, meet deadlines, manage risk, and troubleshoot

Proven experience in building schedules
