Head Hunting:
A direct search is our principal characteristic when seeking
the appropriate candidate.
Retail Search will conduct a preliminary market study
within major companies that can be considered possible
targets for the search. Subsequently, we will establish
confidential contacts with those candidates we believe
to be potentially qualified for the position relevant to the
search. During the interviews, we will closely examine a
candidate’s professional experience and professional
references. Consequently, then on the basis of the search
result we select a restricted number of candidates to be
introduced to the client company, with a detailed and
confidential report. For particular technical, linguist, or
psychological valuations Retail Search utilizes specific
placement tests and psychological exams with evaluations
from internal and external consultants.
