• Reviewed and supervised architectural design and code compliance for the fitting out of approximately 130 retail and food & beverage concessions, covering 300K SF floor area.

• Provided oversight and project construction management for concessions, ranging from retail concessions shops, high end boutiques, kiosks, multi-tenant food courts, to full-service restaurants throughout the New Hamad International Airport.

• Spearheaded the management of the Life Safety Building Occupancy approval process, interfacing with local code officials on behalf of the Client and leading a multi-discipline to achieve full building code compliance.

• Oversaw the design and construction of three major Veterans Administration (VA) hospital projects, with individual construction costs totaling $3.3M (8K SF), $6.4M (24K SF) and $7.1M (40K SF).
