on a contractor basis for the construction of a new Circuit Courthouse (250K square feet) and the renovation of an existing adjoining Circuit Courthouse (180K square feet). Construction cost is valued at approximately $95M.

• Responsibilities include Design Review and Approval, Project Scheduling, QAQC, submittal and shop drawing review, field order preparation and issuance, ASI/RFI processing, change orders, payment application review and approval and general CA tasks.

Senior Architect and Project Manager 2011-2014 Parsons Corporation, Annapolis Junction, MD Maryland Assignment - embedded within a Department of Defense (DoD) agency. • Authored initial architectural criteria, Statement of Work (SoW), and Basis of Design

(BoD)for a several hundred thousand square foot Technical Communications Complex, having an estimated construction cost in the hundreds of millions of dollars.

• Reviewed and supervised architectural design and code compliance for the fitting out of approximately 130 retail and food & beverage concessions, covering 300K SF floor area.

• Provided oversight and project construction management for concessions, ranging from retail concessions shops, high end boutiques, kiosks, multi-tenant food courts, to full-service restaurants throughout the New Hamad International Airport.

• Spearheaded the management of the Life Safety Building Occupancy approval process, interfacing with local code officials on behalf of the Client and leading a multi-discipline to achieve full building code compliance.
