Quality / In Process Non Conformance / External Customer Complaint / Supplier Per-formance etc.)

- Conducting Process Capability Studies for the critical parameter which we men-tioned in Control Plan and analyze the result.

- Monitor the Process performance through Cp, Cpk.- Conducting Product / Process / System audit at some frequency (inter Department)
