research and production control of mining assets management and preparation of documents in DNPM procedures.

Advanced knowledge of occurrences and limestone deposits in 08 brazilian states (SP, MG, RJ, PA, CE, BA, GO,

MA). Exploration and evaluation of 15 new deposits for development of Construction Aggregates mine in

strategic urban centers, with proven economic and financial viability.

Drilling Supervisor

Drilling supervising in research areas of Cia Vale (Iron Quadrangle - Minas Gerais state) and areas of MMX

Mining (Urucum Complex - MS).

1. Supervisor of surveying teams, probing inspection and sampling testimony coming to supervise the routines,

demands and results of probes 15, 04 surveying teams, 21 samplers, Security Technical and Environment for work

done in the complex BH ( Miguelão, Aboboras, Pico and others) and more other two mining complexes of the same

company (Mariana and Congonhas).

2. Supervisor of surveying teams to open bites and leasing work and geological mapping and drilling teams of

research wells, type "American box - wells dug", coming to oversee 03 surveying teams and 12 well drilling.

In both cases, compliance database routines for monitoring and periodic control of the research activities. In the

second, also implementation of database routines, as well as inspections and Safety guidelines and Environment.

- Period: 03-2010 to 08/2011.

- Selected Accomplishments:

Supervision 120,000 meters drilling diamond in Iron Ore, among shallow holes 100 meters deep 500 and 600

meters deep, and two experimental holes of 800 meters each. And supervision in about 50 exploration wells dug in

Iron Ore.

Geotechnical Eng. - Hydroelectric Dams

- BVP Engineering: Geotechnics

Technical maintenance of work and construction projects of dams Hydroelectric Piedade (MG) and Santa Luzia

(SC). Short stake in Paiol Dam (MG).

Part in teams of preparation of the small central executive projects generating electric power and geologist for

technical monitoring and supervision of works.

Planning and monitoring of SPT soundings, injection tests and permeability, slope mapping, foundations, canals

and adduction tunnels, characterization of rock masses, stability evaluation, treatment, repairs and geotechnical

adjustments for full operability of dams and power plants. Use of geocomposites, geotextiles and drain pipes and

domestic external drainage systems.

Exploration Geologist

- Centarus Resources Limited: Mineral Research

Prospecting for iron and manganese ore.

Identification of mining assets and potential areas, interpretation of geological maps, satellite and aerial geophysical

imagery, field checks, participation in the development of research methods, geological mapping in regional scale

and detail, planning, monitoring and supervision of diamond rotary drilling, sampling drill holes and determination

of mineralized layers density record of mineral exploration and database routines. Follow-up geophysical campaign

- magnetometry.

Presentation of projects to international investors and foreign funds for fundraising. Making research requirements

by the DNPM.

- Selected Accomplishments:

Geological evaluation of 01 mine Iron Ore (near Itabira mine) and 01 deposit of manganese ore (near

Diamantina), both in the state of Minas Gerais, totaling 50,000 meters described and sampled drillholes.
