My area of interest in to work in the field of polymer science and technology. Characterization work and try to give fruitful solution to customers in the area of PET Resin,bottle, preform, packaging films, laminates, rigid polymer testing. Since last 1 year I am an in-charge of all technical testing related work. Currently work with Hemshell CT & T Center, Makarpura GIDC, Vadodara, at Gujarat, India as a Lab chemist since October 2014. Experience of ISO-17025 NABL accredited laboratory and work with Plastic Technologies Incorporation (PTI), USA, and PEPSICO certified bottle, preform, resin testing lab since last January 2015 year. My Post graduate research project work is on “Effect of Gamma irradiation on polymeric packaging films”. I took Three weeks vocational training in RIL Vadodara (VCM/PVC plant) during under graduate curriculum programmed. Achievements: As a technical professional I was a part of commissioning new lab for polymer testing; and I and my team successfully completed our concordance project with PTI USA lab team. I have been working with MIV testing instrument for correlation study for MIV & SIV principle. Current CTC: 310960/-INR Technical expertise: ▪ Solutions Intrinsic Viscosity ▪ Melt intrinsic viscosity ▪ Mocon permeation testing (WVTR & OTR) ▪ Gas chromatography ▪ Colour and Haze (Spectrophotometer) ▪ Moisture Analysis (KF titration) ▪ Mechanical testing ▪ Method Development ▪ All PET chemical and physical testing.
