SUMMARY AND HIGHLIGHTS

Very successful and knowledgeable executive-level special-assets professional, mentor and entrepreneur has extensive experience in all types of troubled commercial loans and businesses, and has developed and implemented numerous successful resolution strategies, restructures, workouts, bulk sales, and REO disposition strategies for private and public equity investors, CMBS special-servicers, federally insured financial institutions, as well as with such federal agencies as the FDIC and RTC.

• As a Portfolio Manager, I am creative and proactive, and have successfully managed and disposed of billions of dollars in troubled credits of all types including all types of collateral;

o Portfolios range up to $250.0 million in size, with individual credits and REO ranging from $1.0 to $70.0 million.

• As an Asset Manager, I have extensive knowledge and experiences in developing debt and equity restructures, as well as bankruptcy, federal and state receiverships, foreclosure, and other litigation matters;

o Hundreds-of-millions of dollars in potential losses have been mitigated by my being proactive in developing and directing legal strategies to preserve, protect and secure the secured lenders’ collateral.

• As a Mentor, I am a leader to employees in directing, communicating, instructing and developing subordinates and peers in all aspects of troubled credit and business matters;

1/10 to present SPECIAL-ASSET SOLUTIONS, Denver, CO Consultant/Sole Proprietoro Continuing representation of pizza franchisee in Chapter 11 reorganization;o Representing West Coast resort-owner in reorganizing and restructuring $33.0 million in

defaulted debt;o Representing Denver, CO based due-diligence firm performing due-diligence on troubled

loan portfolios for purchase; reviewing and assessing FDIC shared-loss agreements and related documents; researching and writing presentations for panel discussions; providing oversight of restructure of clients’ investments in $30.0 million hotel development.

10/03 to 10/08 GMAC COMMERCIAL MORTGAGE (n/k/a Berkadia Commercial Mortgage, formerly Capmark Financial Inc), Atlanta, GA Senior Asset Manager

o As special-servicer to securitized debt portfolio totaling $3.0 billion dollars, successfully managed and resolved non-performing C&I loan assets totaling over $500.0 million;

o Communicated regularly with institutional bondholders as to recommendations and status of resolutions;

7/98 to 10/03 BAYVIEW FRANCHISE MORTGAGE, White Plains, NY Senior Asset Managero Successfully managed and disposed of performing and non-performing commercial

securitized C&I loan assets totaling $157.0 million in a $3.0 billion dollar portfolio;o Communicated regularly with bondholders to make verbal and written recommendations

and report status of resolutions;o Appointed interim President for 18 months to successfully operate a 41-unit restaurant-

franchise with $40.0 million in annual sales and 1200+ employees;o Successfully re-opened a 40-unit hamburger franchise within 3 days following closing

2/91 to 4/94 THE BEVERLY GROUP, INC., Denver, CO Senior Asset Managero As contractor to the RTC Western Region of a $500.0 million portfolio, managed and

disposed of a $100 million of performing and non-performing loans with individual book values up to $12.0 million, secured by multi-family, office, and retail properties located region, as well as assets and obligations related to tax-exempt bonds;

o Successfully developed, directed and completed a precedent-setting bulk-sale of non-performing loan package of $50.0 million for the RTC;
