Budget: $17.6M, Length: 14mo – Briefing: A complete paving renovation around an empty block, to become a transit center for the VIA Metropolitan System in San Antonio, to include 3 new buildings and 1 historical renovation, Self sustainable storm water/irrigation system, top of the line smart LED lighting tower, canopies and columns.
