PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Currently working as Support Order Manager in Keysight Technologies from August 2015 - till date as a part of EMG-GBS Team.

Working with Keysight Technologies as Order Manager in US and Canada Region Request Management (Supply Chain). We have to work with Planner, Buyer, and Supplier for creating the RFQ of the parts and products customer wants to order, hence processing PO in Siebel and booking order in Oracle. And deal with the supervisor for creation of SR/SO. Working for US region and coordinating with different countries for the part shipment.

Working in EMG GBS department (FCNV) supporting US and Canada region. Creating Service Request, Quote Order Request and Work Service order in Siebel and

Oracle in order to fulfill customer request after getting the details from QA (quality auditor) and Field Engineer and CSR.

Working as center point in which we must contact to different teams for the shipment of the parts like-Planner, Buyer, Supplier, Procurement Team, Parts Id team, Logistic team and Dispatch Team.

HD Video Player which can play the HD videos as well as the one which are not HD but this video player can differentiate between the normal videos and the HD videos have made use of the technology Java FX).

WAN Simulation on VMWare Workstation. In project we have created a virtual environment using the VMware workstation and Windows server 2008 R2.This shows how actually the virtual environment is created in an organization or company.

MINOR PROJECT

Vocanary (Spoken Dictionary or Verbal Dictionary) to learn pronunciation with meaning. Having the feature people can add words with the meaning as per there convenience. Works on Offline and Online.

PROFESSIONAL ACHIEVEMENTS

Done most of the extra hour shifts of 12 hours in the shortest work time period. Highest number of request completed till now in whole team is 2363 securing top position. Stands at top in every month performance sheet. Secured first position in Keysight Basketball Competition.

Secured 1st position in School in the Cyber Science Olympiad. Represented HAND BALL TEAM in WEST ZONE INTER-UNIVERSITY TOURNAMENT in
