PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE DETAILS:

MORGANTI FM – UAE: (From 08 th September 2014 to till date)

Project: Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque Centre, Abu Dhabi.

Working as MEP Mechanical Engineer. Daily routine inspection of major mechanical, electrical equipments. Make sure that all the equipment PPM is up to date. Supervise the corrective maintenance jobs. To be in touch with contractors like Siemens, Otis, Al-Futtaim, Martin lights for

the exact flow of scheduled periodic inspection and maintenance of equipment. To supervise the daily cleaning and maintenance of reflective pools, water

fountains. Studying the supplier quotations and give report to the client for spare parts

procurement. Follow the PPM & CM activities by using FSI Concept. To be in line with the store activities for spare parts inventory. Snagging and preparing daily reports of MEP disciplines. Inspection of firefighting systems like PFE, HRE, Inergen gas system, water

sprinkler with the sub-contractors. Participate in the meeting with client & contractors. Preparing daily, weekly and monthly maintenance reports for giving feedback to

client.

SPCC – KSA: (From 29 th March, 2007 – 28 th December 2013)

Operation and maintenance of modern cement plant (FLSmidth, USA) having capacity of 5500 TPD. Worked as Mechanical Engineer.

Inspection and maintenance of various mechanical equipments including rotary kiln, crushers, vertical raw mill, finish mill, air separator, gear boxes, bucket & belt elevators, chain / pan / screw conveyors, belt conveyors.

Carrying out predictive maintenance measurement using SCHENK/FAG/SKF vibration meters and temperature gun.

Supervision of mechanical team during preventive maintenance. Supervision of mechanical team during breakdown maintenance. Performing monthly wear measurement of raw mill grinding table and grinding

rollers. To recheck the isometric drawings prepared by P&D department to confirm with

site requirements. Supervision of fabrication works. Preparing daily, weekly and monthly maintenance reports for giving feedback to

planning department. Checking and maintaining the spare parts for all equipments to ensure ready

availability in case of any urgent requirement. Worked as Planning Engineer under maintenance department. Vibration monitoring and inspection of equipments like gear boxes, I.D. fan

bearings for checking internal spare parts condition. Dynamic balancing of rotating equipments like I.D. fans / bag filter fans using
