Supplier Development Management:

Developing suppliers by supporting Technical and Quality System knowledge.

Responsible for collecting and evaluating PPAP/AOI &ISAR, SPC reports submitted by

suppliers.

Preparation of Incoming Inspection standards..

Maintaining supplier PPAP/ISAR and SPC reports.

Monitoring supplier’s quality performances and improving their performance by doing analysis

and taking corrective actions.

Raising Quality Concern Reports (Flash Report) in case of supplier quality problems.

Following up of filled in Quality Concern Reports from suppliers and verifying the adequacy of

corrective actions recorded in the QCR.

Identifying Quality problems related to suppliers for rejections at receipt stage and in-line quality

problems due to supplier items.

Conducting Supplier audit and improve the systems at Supplier end.

Process Quality Management:

Maintaining and controlling Assembly, final product quality.

Monitoring and controlling of External and Internal rejections and implementing timely

corrective actions.

APQP Documentation during New Product Development.

Existing Product Improvement through Quality Operating System.

Controlling of incoming, line and final inspection.

Responsible for new projects

CFT-Member in preparation of FMEA, PPAP for parts approval.

Customer Compliant Handling.

Identifying need for Gauges and instruments (Design of Gauges wherever required)

Implementing Statistical Process Control in shop floor.

Authorizing AOI for new products.

Achieved zero PPM of the year 2012 & 2013.. Team Member of export project. Succeeded ISO/TS 16949:2002 Surveillance Audit under my leadership as Supplier Representative. Implementing ISO 14001:2004 certification in the organization. Faced customer audits. Faced audits from external certification bodies. Conduct the Supplier/Vendor Audit Co-ordinate the Supplier QMS development.
