(ABIS). Preform database updates, software updates, and Windows patching. Troubleshoot and resolve fingerprint software issues. Configuration and setup of Dell WYSE P45 and P90 terminals with multi-monitor

display. Conduct scheduled outage procedure, update all servers, recompose VMs, bring

systems down and back up and resume daily operations. Active Directory administration, file access, user creation and modification.  VMware administration - monitoring pools, desktops, events and remote sessions as

Division Windows-based, mobile microcomputers that meet US Government Configuration Baseline (USGCB) standards.

Approved test plans, procedures, reports, and final test results through written sign off. Defined the scope, methodology, sequence, management of, and responsibilities for testing

within the context of each requirement. Tested new software and platforms. Created administrative and end user system documentation. Tasked to design and implement deployment of Windows 7, software, and security

settings using PowerShell and Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT).

Away Team. Researched and developed secure trusted computer baselines for use with Microsoft

Windows-based, CJIS mobile computing (laptop) microcomputers. Tasked with the creation of administrative and end user manuals compliant with
