SCOPE OF WORK AND EXPERIENCE

Performing of good inward inspection, material verification and visual inspection as for QA/QC manual and client specification.

Daily monitoring during welding to verify compliance with specification, procedure and sequence including any preheat, interpass temperature control and consumable control.

Prepare / request the NDT as per client specification and requirement.

Perform in process inspection such as marking fit up,visual and dimension check as per ITP(Inspection Test Plan).

Update and complete all inspection report for record and traceability.

Monitoring welding activities and ensure only qualified welder on board and following welding procedure.

Meeting to clarify all outstanding documentation and punch list for welding and NDT.

Coordinate with Eng.Dept, Project Management Team and client report regarding the project progress and activities to ensure the project requirement are follow.

Carry out final visual and dimensional check (DC) to ensure all measurement are within tolerance prior to acceptance.

Monitoring on NDT activities and repair activities. Performing final punch list inspection. QA/QC documentation review and report.
