Liaison of Jazzercise- Riverside 2014 – Current Recruit potential clients to be a member Schedule and attend events to recruit On average, was able to have 5 people per hour sign up for our promotions. Interviewed payroll, HR Assistants and HR Managers to see exactly where the differences began. Created flow charts for each process and highlighted the areas in which the differences occurred. Created a flow chart that incorporated each of their unique processes (pulling ideas to include both the seniored Managers and the new Managers) and presented it to them with a PowerPoint, booklet, and flow chart. Ensure employees continue to be productive by tending to them quickly and reporting when quotas are not met. Store and compute documents with sensitive information: social security numbers, addresses, credit information.
