Action to be taken
• The Permanent Council takes note of the conclusion of the mandate classification exercise and its result.
• Updating of the Mandates Data Base (including the Asunción, Paraguay, mandates and elimination of obsolete or duplicated mandates)
• Option “A” - during the period July-September PC and CIDI committees carry out the updating exercise.
• Option “B” - during the period July - August the CAAP carries out the updating exercise and sends it to the committees and to CIDI for approval.
• Based on strategic objectives adopted by the special Assembly in September, conclude the prioritization exercise using the methodology approved by the PC at the proposal of the CAAP.
