1. The DSSSB, vide its advertisement No. 02/17 had advertised 140vacancy (UR-73, OBC-37, SC-20, ST-10 including EXSM - 14) for thepost of Patwari (Male) under Post Code-13/17 in Revenue Department,GNCTD.

The above Fifty One (51) candidates, whose documents are deficient,are directed to upload their deficient documents / all requisite / applicabledocuments etc., if any, through the e-dossier module in stipulated time.The e-dossier link shall be active from 03.01.2020 to 12.01.2020.They are also being separately informed through, SMS on their registeredmobile number.

9. The selection of the above total 82 candidates [UR-43, OBC-27, SC-10, ST-Ol, EXSM-Ol (UR)] shall be further subject to genuineness ofthe documents on the basis of which he has claimed to have fulfilled allthe eligibility conditions as prescribed in the RRs and terms and conditionsof advertisement inviting applications and subject to thorough verificationof his identity with reference to their photographs, signatures/handwriting etc. On the application form, admission certificate etc. Thecandidature of tile candidate' is liable to be cancelled by the UserDepartment, in case, candidate is found not fulfilling all the eligibilityconditions of the Recruitment Rules for the posts or for any other genuinereason, The decision of the User Department regarding the eligibility ofthe candidate shall be final and binding on the candidate,

10. The User department shall also check the eligibility of thereservation benefit, if any. Further, if applicable, User Departmentshall verify the genuineness of the caste certificate furnished bythe candidate prior to issuing offer of appointment to thecandidates. The Competent Authority of the User Department shallarrange to verify the correctness of the information/ documentsas furnished in the application forms and e-dossier vis-it-vis theoriginal documents. The user Department is requested to ascertainthe scrutiny/correctness of the same at their own level beforeissuing the offer of appointment to the provisionally selectedcandidates. Further, the appointing authority shall verify andsatisfy itself about the authenticity of documents/ certificates andessential qualification for the post before finally appointing thecandidate. The User Department is also requested torectify / correct, in case, any minor / clerical error/deficiencynoticed in the documents of the candidate at their own level.

11. It is stated that the User Department shall verify the genuinenessof the caste certificate furnished by the candidates in the light ofNotification No. 36012/22/93-Esttt.{SCT)dated 08/09/1993issued by DOPT and other instructions/ guidelines issued fromtime to time by the competent authorities prior to issuance ofoffer of appointment to the candidate. It is further stated that,prior to appointment, the user department must satisfy, itself, thatthe above candidates are fulfilling the necessary criteria asprescribed for entitlement of OBC{Delhi) certificate as specified invarious orders/GUideli":,~:i:fc:lars i"(U: order dated

07/03/2017 issued by Revenue Deptt, GNCTD after thoroughverification of caste certificate.

12. User Department shall also get the SC/ST /OBC certificatesverified from the issuing authority. Further, in case of the OBCcandidates, it may also be verified that the candidate does notbelong to creamy layer of the schedule of Govt. of India, DOPTO.M. No. 36012/22/93-Estt.(SCT) dated 08.09.1993, O.M. No.36033/3/2004-Estt. (Res) dated 09.03.2004 and 14/10/2008 and36033/1/2013-Estt. (Res) dated 27.05.2013.

13. The Competent Authority of the Department concerned shall issue theappointment letters to the candidates after verification of the correctnessof the information furnished in the application form and the documentsrelated to education qualification, age and other essential certificatesincluding caste certificate as per Government of India instructions issuedin this regard vide MHA OM No. 2/29/54-RPS, 19/11/54.

14. The User department shall ensure that the appointment made isin conformity with DOPT guidelines and instructions of Govt issuedfrom time to time.

15. Mere inclusion of the name of the candidate in the result notice does notconfer any right upon the candidate over the post unless the userdepartment is satisfied after such inquiry as may be considered necessarythat the candidate is suitable in all respect for appointment to the post.

16. The recruitment process for the Post of Patwari (Male) underPost Code-13/17 in Revenue. Department, GNCTD has been closedsubject to disposal of pending cases.

17. The Select panel/Waiting List for the Post of Patwari (Male)under Post Code-13/17 in Revenue Department, GNCTD has beenmaintained in respect of UR/OBC/SC/ST categories and the sameshall be valid upto 30.12.2020. Further, the Select panel/Waitinglist could not be maintained in respect of EXSM category as notsuitable candidate is available in EXSM category.

18. The above result for the Post of Patwari (Male) under Post Code-13/17 in Revenue Department, GNCTD is subject to outcome ofpending court cases, if any.
