We have held Maître Restaurateur certification since June 2014.

A Maître Restaurateur is a restaurant owner with validated professional experience, and the certification represents a commitment to preparing our food in the restaurant kitchen from raw

produce, most of which is purchased fresh via short supply chains. It is a title awarded by the local Prefect following a voluntary evaluation of the restaurant, and is renewed every 4 years.

This certifies that all of our menus is homemade.
