Chef Gobind Singh & Chef Ranbeer Singh, are in this hospitality industry for more than

twenty-five years and with such vast experience, skill & deep culinary knowledge, both started

their new venture the Delhi Rasoi Indian Restaurant. To maintain authenticity and uniqueness of

food, chef Gobind Singh personally look after selection, proportion and blending of spices.

The Delhi Rasoi has showcased Indian food from several regions of India. Their passion is a

contemporary restaurant offering dining experiences to satisfy all aspects of authentic Indian

cuisine. Furthermore, to support local economy and businesses, the Delhi Rasoi prefer to

purchase as much as possible Irish goods.

STARTERVegetable Samosa: A homemade triangular savoury pastry, Deep fried, containing potato, green peas, chilli, carom seeds garam masala. Accompanied with tamarind chutney. €6.50

Selection of Vegetable Pakora: Seasoned gram flour coated & deep fried crispy, tangy vegetables accompanied with tamarind chutney. €6.50 Onion Bhaji (a general favorite):

Onions shavings mixed with carom seeds, chili flakes, fenugreek leaves, coated with gram flour batter and deep fried. Accompanied with tamarind Chutney. €6.50

Ragda Pattice :

A potato cake containing red onion, green chili, ginger, coriander, green peas. Coated with bread crumbs & pan fried. Accompanied with chickpeas, mint chutney & tamarind chutney. €6.50

Paneer Shashlik platter:

Homemade cottage cheese marinated with yoghurt, mustard oil, cumin and variety of other Indian spices. Cooked in clay oven with onion, bell peppers and accompanied with mint chutney. €8.50

Meat Samosas:

Achari Chicken Tikka:

Marinated with grind spicy pickle sauce, yoghurt, ginger, garlic, fennel seeds & cooked in clay oven. Accompanied with a garlic tomato chutney. €7.00

Garlic Chicken Tikka:

Marinated with yogurt, garlic, ginger, cream, cardamom, mace and cheese. Cooked in clay oven & accompanied with a mint chutney. €7.00

Salmon Tikka:
