that contains a wealth of information and sample docu-

Membership Development / LeadsIn addition to recruiting materials, recruitment and renewal
letter templates posted on the Chapter Resource Center,
PHCC staff is available to help you develop a membership
marketing program or review and offer suggestions for col-
lateral material development. PHCC’s National member-
ship staff forwards all requests for membership information
to your state association. They also send prospect kits to
individuals requesting information.

resource to connect chapters with high quality speakers
for seminars at state tradeshows, conventions and local

finances to marketing, workforce development and
maintenance agreements. A two-day course on
Business Operations and Systems Success (BOSS) is

Legislative and RegulatoryPHCC’s Government Relations
Department is the voice of the
association with the legislative
and executive branch in
Washington. Staff members
also serve as a resource to
state and local chapters on
legislative issues to:

� Participate in state conventions to provide the latest
developments at the federal level on issues impacting
p-h-c interests.
� Develop relationships with federal legislators in an effort
