An online learning academy with over 400 hours of video from educational
experts, including real classroom footage, and instructional activities.
To support professional development that focuses on the FFT initiative as
we continue to enhance teaching practice that impacts student
performance.

The Danielson Framework 22 Components of Great Teaching
Charlotte Danielson presents commentary on 22 of the Framework components:
• offers teachers a coherent collection of classroom strategies and techniques to help enhance their skills in each component area
• explores why each component is important and how they work together to define "good teaching
• Charlotte examines the challenges teachers face in achieving a “distinguished” level for each component
The Danielson Framework 22 Components of Great Teaching
Charlotte examines some of the following:
• How to phrase student questions in “plural form” to promote thinking and deeper understanding (Component 3B)
• The three keys to establishing classroom procedures that are seamless (Component 2C)
• Proactive ways teachers can overcome a poisonous school culture where it is not “cool to learn” (Component 2B)

This program offers a wealth of information not found anywhere else including:
• opportunities to view real classroom lessons, gather evidence, determine teacher performance levels, and compare your notes with Charlotte Danielson
• explore the four performance levels and learn why choosing the "right" critical attribute is the gateway to consistent evaluations
